Remittance Advice

Hi Experts

Got a quick question in regards to the release of remittance advice for payable. During the payment media run their is an option to generate the remittance advice, all our supplier master data have been setup to receive the remittance by email. My question is when does the remittance advice get emailed to the supplier. Is it when you have confirmed or released the payment file, or does the system email the advice automatically once the payment media file has been generated.

Hi Antonio,

After the release of the payment file. Once this prerequisite is fulfilled and when you run the payment media run, System automatically creates remittance advice provided if the appropriate settings are maintained in the master data.
