EPMFormattingSheet issue : Blank sheet ???

Hi,

I create this discussion because some  users of my client has detected this problem.

When we click to "View Formats", the EPMFormattingSheet is created but the sheet is blank ?

Normally, it appears some functionalities about  format settings.

Is it anybody know why ?

Hi Jonas,

Kindly check in ENVIRONMENT SHELL whether the formatting is appearing as default.

Hi Jonas,

If formatting sheet working fine in ENVIRONMENT SHELL and not working in current env, It means formatting sheet is corrupted.

In NW version we have options like UJFS from where we can replace the default file , I am not sure about MS version, you can explore the server.

Or try to re install EPM Addin.

Hi,

Did you already solved your problem? When we open the EPMFormattingSheet, we only get the first 5 lines displayed, all other lines are blank.
We already reinstalled office and the EPM add-in software but the problem remains.It's strange that we get this problem only on 1 PC, all other PC's are working fine.

My problem is solved.

I follow the advise of Shrikant and I reinstall the Add-in

did you see the Hot News!

on the top of the site? Could be this your issue? If not please add screenshots and info about the machines otherwise follow the instructions.

Thanks for your answer, I already see this news.

In the note, It's not notice that the microsoft update could be explain my issue.

Hi Jonas,

maybe the 'EPMXLClientPreference.XML' file is corrupted try to copying it from a working machine.

If doesn't work try uninstalling and reinstalling epm add-in on these machines.
