EPM -Error General - Error when Excen tried update...

Hi All ,

One of user having the issue in the Reports . While click the Refresh button , We are getting " Error When excel tried update the spreadsheet"

I cleared Temp and meta data clear cache . But still we are getting this issue in Report

And also if I put the EVDES formula for one account member . I can get only the Account member ID not an member Descriptions

Can please suggest .

Hi Bhagyesh,

Tell me one thing . Currently around we have 100 users .

Only this user machine having the issue . Rest of users machine the reports are working fine

It means I hope this issue is only pertained to the user machine . Not in Server

And also This is error I am seeing as first time . That's why I am not able resolve

I guess that thread different issue .

User OS is Spanish and Excel version is English .May wil be conflict . You have clue

Hi Shri

User getting the below error message in the report . I guess some language problem

TML>HEAD> TITLE >500>INTERNAL SERVER ERROR <HEAD>BODY>H1>

ERROR : Select one of installated language ( Termination : RABX_STATE)

Hi Sriram,

Try to process Account dimension, then clear meta data cache and make sure environment is online.
