Pricing in Delivery to Calculate Freight

Dear Experts,

I have a requirement to calculate freight costs in the delivery.

I have created a separate pricing procedure for the delivery and added a condition type to calculate freight costs based on weights- thinking that the handling unit weights would be taken into account while calculating this. But I found out that weight take is still the gross weight which is maintained in the material master record.

• Is there any way that I can consider the weights of the handling unit instead?

This field is not available in the field catalogue. I am trying to calculate the freight costs in the delivery based on the total weight of the handling unit- Weight of the material + weight to the packaging material..

Hi George,

Did you check by assigning routine '13' (Net weight) in column 'BasType' in pricing procedure?

Hello George,

As per my understanding, you need to add new field into the field catalog and use the same in condition table assigned to the freight cost condition type.

I believe you can use a field from the table "VEKP".
