Disclosure Management - Incorrect chart formatting when previewing as PDF

Hi Everyone,

I am currently building a report in disclosure management which includes a lot of charts. The client uses the PDF output option a lot and it is important that the formatting is consistent. However when previewing the entire report as a PDF the charts do not have rounded corners, as they do in the word documents for each chapter.

I am aware that if you preview the entire report as a word doc, before saving as a PDF, the isue does not arise - however I would like to see the correct formatting when previewing straight to PDF.

Has anyone else seen this problem?.. and know of a fix?

Any information or advice would be really appreciated.

Hi Jack,

Can you try to save the Word file as a pd directly from Word (Save as - PDF). If this output also do not replicate the expected result, than I would say it could be a pdf limitation.

If on the other hand the output does display the charts with rounded corneres, we need to have this particular document for further analysis.
