Display Promise to Pay / Dispute Case buttons do not work in Worklist

Hi David,

We have the exact same issue, can you please help me!

We don't have any issues with Creation of Dispute or P2P cases but when we try to display the display the Dispute or P2P cases it just won't work, there is no error displayed, no dump, like you said in your original post 'the button doesn't seem to work'.

I cannot display the dispute cases neither in FI-AR or in the worklist, it works fine in UDM_DISPUTE, similarly P2P case won't work in the Worklist.

Now I checked for Auth Objects - everything looks fine, checked the Config for case types - everything looks good.

I looked into the OSS Notes - I found one that was similar but it was already applied since we are on 6.05

I will wait for your answer here, if not will open a service ticket with SAP.

Hi Kumar,

I don't remember exactly howthe issue was fixed, but I remember it was related to the Case Type customizing: probably something to see with Case Record Model or Element Types.

Could you please check this customizing settings again?
