Hello!
We have already made and reviewed several times the configuration for Campaign automation and followed suggestions from several discussions, but without success:
- Automatic workflow configuration
- Configuring tasks as General tasks
The campaign runs, but not the campaign element is not executed.
Please help!

Hello Hari,
The campaign only have one element with the following configurations:
- Valid Planned start day and hour
- Workflow selected: CA1 - Transfer target group to Channel
- Valid target group (with 2 BPs)
- Communication channel: E-mail with e-mail form, survey and e-mail address
When I configure these in a independent campaign it executes without problems, but as a campaign element it doesn't.
About your other question:
- Automatic workflow customizing: Configurations made automatically in transaction SWU3.
- Configuring tasks as General tasks: Is a configuration already in TX SW03. Classify tasks as general--> customizing with workflow. All tasks are set as general task.

Hello Hari,
We don't have decision node between campaign and campaign element.
We verified/altered the user and logical connection and it works now. I created a copy of the previous campaign and ran it, but when the workflow WS14000061 achieves the work item to send the target group, it remains with status In process and message "Marketing project <campaign element name> is already being processed by"
Remember that there are only two BPs to send e-mails, so it shouldn't last too much.
