Dear Expert,
While payroll process, If PF Contribution will -ve then payroll should show error message and stop the payroll.
Please suggest how to do.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Santosh,
As per my PCR system will give an error if Carry forward PF(ZF5) and VPF(ZF6) amounts are less than "0" then only system will give an error.
Please let me know If you want error If normal PF(/3F1) and VPF(/3F2) amounts are "0".
If yes you need to add these 2 wage types(/3F1 & /3F2) in this rule with same as existed wage types(/ZF5 & /ZF6).
Kindly let me know if in case you need any further clarifications.
With regards,
Venkat Polisetty.

Hi Santosh, We all have issues in this scenario, Now for one of my clients i had given one solution as we don't have a standard solution to it. We will create a new deduction wagetype (PF arrear adj) with the same posting characteristic as of /zf5, now whenever there is '-ve' amount in CF PF wage type use this wagetype manually with the exact same amount as you have in '/ZPF' and while posting this amount will be nullified and the amount will not be recovered from the employee either.
