Hi All,

I encounter an issue which is the user synchronization issue in the SAP CPS system. Anyone encounter this issue before also and have any idea what cause this issue ?

hey Chris,

Can you provide information from the default trace around the same time?

Is it Java UME or AD integration or UME from a different system?

Hi Nanda,

We are using the Java UME. From the default trace, i did not noticed any wrong from there. Not sure if i miss out anything. Appreciate your input on this.
