Hi Experts,
I am currently working on Personalized email forms.
If I want to create personalized subject lines for my customers,I am not able to do so because when I click on attributes as shown below
When I click on Insert attributes below the subject field I find a pop up with no values.Pls suggest.

Hi,
Click on 'Attribute' on top left corner, it will open a popup having list of attributes.
Select an attribute from the list & then click on 'Insert'.

Hi Richa,
Whenever u send a personalized email and insert a Response Id in it(which is not visible in email form),in system a GUID is created for outbound email.Say if the customer responds the system reads the response ID of this email.Where does this happen?Any settings need to be done.Pls help
