Unable to change few fields in my profile

Hello Support team,

Following fields in my profile are greyed out and I am unable to update the same.

1. First Name

2. Last Name

3. Company

4. Address 1

5. town / city

6. PIN Code

7. Landline phone

8. Relationship to SAP

Please help me / guide me on how to change / update the above listed fields.

You have an S-User account that is associated with an SAP customer.  Basic fields cannot be changed.

Contact your company’s OSS/SAP Service Marketplace administrator or request assistance from the Service Marketplace Team.

Hi,

Have you tried below way.

click on your name at Top level.

What ever you want change, click on it and change as you need.

Other wise, Go to your profile-->Edit profile(under Action)--> chnage here what you want and save it.

I Did as per your suggestion only, the fields are not editable in this process.

Are you using S user id linked to your profile ?

If yes, then you need to contact your system administrator.

Hi I am using S user ID only, But that is not linked to any of the organization, it is my own certificate ID. Is there any process for this?

Then you need to change your details from service market place.

Thank you. Checked on it. Since I am an individual and login is based on certificate ID, the company is defaulted in service.sap.com as SAP Training, bangalore which I cant change there also.
