When I am clicking on logoff button in portal 7.3, it is redirecting to some other page.

When I am clicking on log off button in portal 7.3, one other popup comes when I click on cancel it is redirecting to some other page.
I have downloaded standard masthead war file and trying to deploy it in portal but problem is remain same. Screen shot of page is here.

after clicking Log Off I got this screen

and when I am clicking on cancel

Please help me.

Hello,

you can check logoff option.

Open the Netwaver Administrator by accessing the URL

http://<host>:<port>/nwa

You will need admin rights to access this

Navigate to Configuration->Authentication and Single Sign-On->Properties

It helps allot  and I had deployed new masthead as well that one was too not working but after changing "ume.logoff.redirect.url" property as you told above its working fine..

Hello,

Do you mean the logoff which is on the right top beside sony ?

is it happening for all the users ?

if yes for both of the questions, the solution will be check with basis whether the service were activated or not in backend

and let me know your proceedings with them.

yes it was not working for all users but now problem has been fixed as Vincent mentioned here I did the same and its working for me now..
