SAP printing from Print server 2012 Win32 error code returned by the print server: 2152796175

I am unable to print from SAP using 2012 print server / queue.

i am getting the following error on print server 2012 log.

Data type: RAW. Size of the spool file in bytes: 3555. Number of bytes printed:4. Total number go pages in the document: 0. nUMBER OF PAGES PRINTED: 0. Win32 error code returned by the print server: 2152796175

Event ID: 372

Level: Error

User: PXC\SAPServicePTE

OpCode: Spooler Operation Failed.

I can print ok from SAP using desktop local printer, prints ok from the OS and also prints ok from 2008 print server.

Pls, share you suggestions for resolving this issue.

Was this issues resolved? Direct Window printing works fine but it fails when sent througg SAP using printing method S. No errosr found in SAPSprint.

This issue is resolved. The customer had to to install the HP universal printer driver.

This worked fine for us and solved our problem.

Thanks Adrian. In our case too, issue seems to be with the driver on the print server as SAPLPD does not show any errors. Few other printers I tested through SAP Sprint worked fine.
