Hi Friends ,

I have hired all employee wef 1^st Nov’14 on new company (ABCL) and now approx 85 employees has left company and 125 new employees has joined. So we need to hire 125 employees on ABCL(company code:1000) and declare resign of 85 employees on DCPL(2000 company code).

Please tell me the steps , do i need to re-hire all the employees under the new company .

Hi Sindu,

Hire the new employees in CoCd 1000.

Prerequisite - Enterprise Structure for CoCd 2000.

Run Separation action  for resigned employees and in actions screen assign PERSA belongs to DCPL. If you run payroll, it will post to CoCd 2000.

Hi

Some small issue i am facing that employee has been resign 31.12.2014 from old company . Now we wanted to re-hire all the employee in new company 01.01.2015. When i am trying to upload the date using LSMW  getting error all all employee are active 01.01.2014 . please help me what to do .
