OBN Error- There is no iView available for system "SAP_ECC_DefenseAndPublicSecurity": object "mat_doc_disp".

Hi Guys,

I come across OBN error when I launch URL link for SAP Transactional iView.

"There is no iView available for system "SAP_ECC_DefenseAndPublicSecurity": object "mat_doc_disp". For more information, contact your administrator."

Please find the attached Business Object "mat_doc_disp" properties.

Looks like its configured under system name "SAP_ERP_Manufacturing".

I add both these system in Aliases, still this not solving the issue.

I am also referring to SAP Note 1494536. Still couldn't pin it down the issue.

Thanks

Sam

Hi Sam,

As you've already gone through the central SAP Note for OBN (1494536), please refer to the below blog for Troubleshooting Object Based Navigation Error :

http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/50be6635-9335-2d10-ffb2-938c82115...

Hope this helps!!!

Thanks for that. I solved.

I find out, that Source and Target iView should be assigned to same role.

Cheers

Sam

Hi Sam,

Are you now able to find the mat_doc_disp under system alias SAP_ECC_DefenseAndPublicSecurity?

Have you also checked if the user (problematic) is assigned with a role, which is listed in 'Implementing iViews/Pages'? (the iView/page should belong to that PCD role)
