Trouble Shooting for CPS Job Status

Hi,

I am new to SAP CPS module.  Can anyone please guide me for the actions to be taken if the CPS Job goes to following status.

Job Status: Console, Dispatched, Never, Overdue, Unknown

CPS has more job statuses than what you have listed.
