Hi,
Can anyone please explain what are ACS, OLO, OLI, OLC function modules, when and why are they generated in TDMS activity ?
Thanks in Advance,
Kishore.
Hi Kishore,
These FMs are generated to perform data migration and should never be changed.
The meanings are:
OLC: Outer layer complex (Execution controller, it calls the different migration layers)
OLI: Outer layer input (FM for data reading)
OLO: Outer layer output (FM for data writing)
IL: Inner layer (FM that performs data conversion)
ACS: Access plan calculator server
TDMS generates ACS OLI OLO and IL only if required, otherwise generic FMs are used.
TDMS activity that generates them is "Generation of Run-Time Objects for Data Transfer".

Francesco
