Condition type is to be automatically rounded off

Dear Gurus,

I have a requirement from my client as below.

If the decimal value is greater than or equal to 0.50 then the integer value at the unit place should be rounded up to the next
integer and the decimal values should become 0.

If the decimal value is less than 0.50 then the integer value at the unit place should remain the same and the decimal values should
become 0

The difference in the net total condition value after and before rounding off is to be shown separately as a condition value and
accounted in a separate general ledger account.

For example,

In a sales order there are two items.

Item 1 net total condition value is 25.30 against ZR00 condition

condition it is to be rounded off to 25.00 Item 2 net total condition value is
25.60 against ZR00 condition it is to be rounded off to 26.00

After rounding off the total value should reflect as 51.

The rounded off value (-30 and + 40 ) is to be shown separately as a condition value and accounted in a separate GL account. (the GL
account details will be dictated to you later)

Regards,

Kamilikanth

Did you check the Rounding rule Field in the condition type  under V/06 where you have the facility to

Round Up/Down and commercial

Hi Siva,

Thanks for replying,

I will do for rounding rule. but the rounded off value (-30 and + 40 ) is to be
shown separately as a condition value and accounted in a separate GL account.

can we have any standard condition settings for this requirement?

Thanks and Regards,

From FI side, there is a provision to capture these rounding differences via a separate G/L account.  Better discuss this requirement with your FI team.  It is nothing to do from SD side.

have you tried with the options like ""DIFF""" condition type and  routine 16 as  Alt.Cal.Formula in V/08.

Please update.
