Hi Ray,
I have the impression that the job is already in "released" status and that the system does not allow you to schedule it again.
Can you share more information on your scenario, job scheduling details (date/time triggered or event triggered), etc. A bit more understanding of your situation might enable us to help you better.

Hi,
Please check is your chain is running state now?
Go to process chain and see the logs view.
check it when it was ran and last time/load it was failed or not.
if not then remove your chain from schedule.
Activate your chain and reschedule it thru change selections.
