Hi Experts,

We are using SAP ECC 6.0 EHP 4

We are creating process order through COR7 with reference to planned order and planned order is having reference of sales order.

Good receipt through MIGO mvt. type 101 with reference to order and order having reference of sale order.

Stocks are posting as a special stock and making delivery to customer.

Solution Requirement

As we are receiving customer orders on frequent basis so that at the time of process order creation we are having multiple planned order for same finished goods (material).

Business require option to create single process order with reference to multiple planned order in such a way that process order should have linking of all planned order and sales order.

Or

Multiple process order to be combined as one order and after that goods issue and confirmation to be done altogether but delivery of goods to be done with reference to sale order with special stock.

Please suggest us suitable process with transaction codes to do this activity.

regards

Hi Aditya,

Please try with the concept of collective order.

To have a better view please refer the below links.

Collective orders - Production Orders (PP-SFC) - SAP Library

Success.

Hello

This functinality is not available for process orders.

There is a functionality called order combination for production orders but it's only available for the industry solution DIMP:

The closest thing available for process order is a functionality called campaign:

Planning and Analysis of Campaign Costs - Production Campaign (PP-PI-PCM) - SAP Library

Aditya,

As far as I know this is not possible with any standard settings.

You can convert single planned order to multiple production orders but you can not convert multiple planned orders to single production order.

Workaround would be with reference to multiple planned orders quantity you can create single production orders so that next MRP would delete unnecessary planned orders.
