Fiori OData troubleshooting

Dear All,

      I have configure and implement the sap fiori application for leave request. But while running the application I got some error. While I am trying to troubleshooting Odata services i came across some errors. Below I add the screen shot of the particular errors in Odata services.

Please Help me to rectify the issue.......

2. Test OData in the Gateway client

Hi Visakh,

your configuration of the app refers to a custom launchpad ZHCM_62.  Check if it exists in transaction LPD_CUST

In the transaction LPD_CUST, I have already created the custom launch ZHCM_62.

Hi Visakh,

Please share the tile setting and LPD_CUST setting. If the SAP standard app with SAP standard tile work fine. It means something is wrong in your custom tile setting.

I am totally stuck with the leave request application. My personal email id is visakhclt@gmail.com, So can you please send me the detailed configuration note and the system landscape required for fiori system.

Hi Visakh,

Are you referring to the correct client? Is it 001? check your Alias settings.

Please check followings.

1. Check the system alias as mentioned by Kiran.

2. Delete the entry you have created in the LPD_CUST and test with SAP standard tile again.

Now I can see the Create Leave Request Application..... But not getting the data....But with another Error Message......

So the root cause was the entry you created in the LPD_CUST, right? Please confirm.

Exactly, When I reset the lpd_cust entry the issue is solved.

Hi Visakh,

You can go error detail -> call stack and set external break points to identify the root cause.

Hi Masa,

As per your instruction I go the error details in call stack..... i got a numerous error..... so please help me rectify that.....

And also I try set the external break point to identify the root cause..... But the program is not catching my external break point.

So masa please help me to rectify the issue. Below I attached the error logo image also.

Hi Visakh,

Please confirm that the standard tile "My Leave Request" delivered by SAP works fine.

If it does not work, you should do troubleshooting with the standard tile first.

Hi Mansa,

Thank you for your replay......:)

Right now I can add the catalog ( For leave request ) and display on the launch pad. But when I click on that "My Leave Request" standard tile it will pop up with an error message "Could not start the app due to a configuration problem".

Below i uploaded the launchpad and the error message screen shot

Please help me to rectify the issue.

Please tell me how to do troubleshooting with the standard tile
