Dear Folks,
We have a File-to-File scenario which was working fine but since last week we are facing a strange issues, some time files are getting picked and processed in SAP ECC but files are not moved to Archieve folder, and sometimes files are not processed!
Our XI version is 3.0 It throws the below error;
com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.DeliveryException: XIServer:MESSAGE_NOT_FOUND
Kindly please suggest what is the proper workaround?
Any help & suggestion would be a great help and appreciated a lot.
Regards,
Dipen.
Hi Dipen,
is it FTP or NFS? are there any empty files in the sender folder?
Cheers

Dear All,
I have referred below SAP notes related to error, it says to apply note or upgrade a patch level.
SAP Note 1272854-XI runtime: Synchronous message with the same ID
SAP Note 1042164 - Message cannot be made persistent after the first log
Does applying note is the only solution to this error?
Please suggest as we have almost 15 File-RFC-File scenario being used on PRD system thus it has affected many business processes.
Kindly please suggest.
It would be a great help & appreciated a lot.
Thanks,
Dipen.

Hi Praveen,
Thanks for your response.
In our case AS JAVA version is 7.0 and there is no changes or upgrade made to JAVA system.
Our error is com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.DeliveryException: XIServer:MESSAGE_NOT_FOUND
Error Category XI_J2EE_ADAPTER_XI_HANDLER

I have gone through some threads on SCN but couldn't find any helpful.
Yes, it was working fine till now and suddenly this situation occurred, can you please share some more information like what changes made to your JAVA version and XI system, how come you sorted out with this issue?
Kindly please suggest.
