Analysis office error, BI addin will disconnected

Dear Team,

Am getting the different error in Analysis office 1.4, saying An exception occurred and BI addin will be closed. and could not serialized the application model.

My BW system is 730 SP9 and Analysis office version is 1.4 am using.

Navigation is also taking long time , can some one please through some light on it.

Which SP of Analysis Office 1.4?  Please try this with the latest SP (SP10) as some of the SP's should have performance improvements.

It was working fine till last week. but all of sudden, we are seeing these errors.

Do you know if the workbooks where built on the same version of Analysis office, as we have an issue we are looking at where we built on version 1.4 sp 7 and when we try refresh on sp 10 we get a error. We have a call open on this.

After restarting the BI Java , the issue got resloved. We are not seeing the same error again.
