Employee is not able to see the payslip on portal

Hi Experts,

We are implementing ESS MSS UI5. When employee click "salary statement" service on Portal, SAP showed blank page as attached.

We already configured HRFORMS and feature HRFOR to read standard Indonesia payslip (SAP_PAYSLIP_ID).

Please help to solve the issue.

does it work in ECC system for this enduser? other applications are working fine? do you need any error in /IWFND/error_log
