Dear Team ,
I am facing a issue with the transfer of call to the internal BCM number ( Queue) . I can call the IVR and the IVR is being played but , when i press the DTMF digit to go to the Queue , the call gets disconnected .In the logs i found that it is normal disconnection . More over , the thing is that it is problem with the internal call transfer . When the agent is kept not ready , i can see call in the queue but as soon as i try to make him ready , the call gets disconnected .
Kindly help in this .

please, follow the thread as Agur recommended, to the very end - Adele there had a very similar problem and only after she followed the OSS note 2038729 - SAP CC 7.0.7 - Call allocation fails for all calls exactly, the problem disappeared.
The key is to put specifically "FirstANumber" into Extra Data, not just any other variable.
