ACT_COUNT of Segmentation Basis is not updated.

Hi, Expert!

Our customer would like to create the target group using the segmentation basis.

But, they are in trouble , because the count of the segmentation basis is not updated automatically.

We know the field"ACT_COUNT" of the table "CRMD_MKTTG_PF_H" is updated by saving segmentation model after pressing "COUNT" button.

But, they would like to be updated the count of segmentation basis automatically.

How can they it?

We think that seem the parameter of the report "CRM_MKTTG_TREX_UPDATE" is affected.

We have tried to do it, but seems was posible only "Full Upload".

"Full Upload takes too much time...

Do you know the other way?

Please help us!

Hi Yu

In the Segmentation Modeler settings in the Web UI you can specify that the count occurs automatically.

Also. I believe the Segmentation Basis job must be run at frequent intervals in order for the dataset to be accurate. This is most likely the cause of your issue. I do not think there is any sort of Delta option for Segmentation Basis.

We found the report "CRM_MKTTG_GENERATE_SEG_MODEL".

By executing this program, it is seems to be automatically.

Hi Yu

Yes. That is the program that should be scheduled to run at frequent intervals.

I would recommend daily, some time after midnight (as a general guide, depends on your specific system batch processing schedule).
