create a formula using the Syntax Inlist with a variable?

Is it possible to create a formula using the sintax Inlist with a variable?

I've created this formula but I get the error "Missing list element in [Variable]"

=If([Dimension] InList([Variable]); 0; 1)

Hi Dinesh,

Object cannot be used within inlist Function. We have to provide the value.

InList operator determines if a value is in a list of values.
