Hello all,
We are a new SAP Partner and I am trying to download the best practices for sap business all-in-one from the sap service marketplace.
I go through the navigation choosing on the left 'Installations and Upgrades", the choosing letter B, pressing on "Best Practices" and there it displays a message ... no data available.
I am thinking that this has to do with the authorisation given on my s-id, but I have been assigned on my authorization profile,
smb opportunity management all authorizations,
ssl certificate administrator and
software download.
Any help would be highly appreciated.

Can you find the relative links showing on the right hand side? If not can you please share the screenshot so that it is easier to find.
