I have a user that gets the attached error while loading Crystal Reports 2011. Any incite on what direction to point me in on a fix for this?

SAP has acknowledged that there's an issue with the website that Crystal connects to on its start page that is causing this error. It does not affect how Crystal actually runs and can be safely ignored.
