About preview

Hi,All,

This maybe a small question, but customer ask me why can't preview. I try my best ,but not work out.

When I edit sales quote, then click preview,why system only show generating all the time .......But when I click view all, it's ok to preview.What is it related to? Or how can I set it?

Frist check the Formular (application and user management - Form Template Maintenance) Sales Quote. Make sure the formular must be activated.

If the preview is still in "generating" check the Output setting in the same Work Center. If this doesn´t help raise an Incident to SAP.

I tried ,but problem has already exsit.

I have raised an incident to SAP.Thank you.
