SAP Banking loans Management - Multiple Conditions for Interest & Repayment

Dear Experts,

I have a requirement where in Loans Transaction which we create using the tcode FNV1, I need to add multiple conditions for Interest & Repayment.

My Scenario:

Loan Start Date : 01.01.2015

Loan End Date : 31.12.2020

Loan Amount : 10L

For the first 2 years I need to add the interest condition as 8% and for the remaining 3 years I need to add the interest condition as 10% (I am aware that in SAP TRM we can add the multiple conditions but how do we add in loans management)

Like the same way customer is going to do the repayment on annuity but for the first 2 years he will be paying 1L per year and for the remaining 3 years he will be paying 2.66L per year.

Please advice how to add the above conditions in loan transaction.

Regards,

Reenu John

Hi,

just add them !

If you add a condition with the same condition type only the one valid for the corresponding date will be used.

(it has to be created with the copy functin)

Kind regards,

Michael

Hello Michael:)

the condition will appear only once, I cant add them again for ex :

as per my above scenario from 01.01.2015 till 31.12.2017 I have added the nominal interest condition for 8% ok ...

Now if I have to add the interest from 01.01.2018 till the maturity of the transaction, the interest condition is not available to add.(the same will be applicable to the Repayment also)

Please find the below screen shot.
