Incorrect replenishment calculation - Ignoring Stock on Hand?

Dear Experts,

I have a strange issue.  For some weeks now, and only some customers the replenishment run does not calculate the Stock on hand quantities and suggest and replenish the whole stock over and over again.

I looked at all settings that I know that could influence this behavior but cannot find a solution or any setting that has been changed.

Do you have any idea what this could be?

Hallo Stefan,

I assume that we are talking about SNC Customer Collaboration?

Most likely the "stock on hand" keyfigure is missing in the relevant "Projected Stock Profile". Since you can assign different "Projected Stock profiles" to customers it can happen that the stock on hand is not taken into account for certain customers.
