We are capturing clock in and clock out in 2011 ? If employee doesnt login clock in and clock out why system is not considering LOP for employees?

If system wants to deduct casual leaves first if there are no casual leaves  and after that it should consider LOP  how would i do that  ?? Incase of missing clock in and clock out

Hi,

System would not consider LOP automatically if clock in and clock out are missing. You can't deduct employee salary based on the clock in or clock out is present. Because clock in or clock could be missed for many reason like machine is not working, system could not deduct correctly etc.

So for that reason i would suggest you create a PCR, in that pcr your call based on the missing punch and put error message through COLER opeartion. Once user will get this error then he will update the LOP in the IT2001. But this LOP would not dirrectlt connecting unpaid absence valuation. Once you will enter LOP in the IT2001 then through another PCR you will check quota is available in the Casual Quota or not if it's there then reduce the quota from casual quota type and no LOP wage type value will be passed to ZL table. If casual quota is not available then pass the vale to ZL table in time wage type. Then in the payroll factoring pcr reduce the time wage type amount(need to transfer number to Rate vale to that time wage type) from the RTE=TKSOLL.

Hope so you got it.
