Patching from 4.0 SP7 to 4.1 SP5

Successfully install server and client tool. After that I noticed that About in help menu of CMC still showing 14.0.7 which is 4.0 SP7.

And have found out the Program and Feature in control panel showing 2 different version of BO.

What should I do???

Hi,

the picture shows it correctly. Doublecheck your Version in the CMC -> Servers -> Server List -> Central Management Server -> Properties -> Metrics -> Version.

Metric Version show 14.1.5 mean it is updated, but About on Help Menu of CMC it still showing 14.0.7

Hi,

generally spoken you are good as long as the services show the correct Version.

You could try to re- deploy the Web Applications and see if this fixes the error. But i wouldnt care about it.

after re-deploy the cmc is updated finally but we cannot view webi report in cmc and BI launch pad, "Action Cannot Be Performed(Error:INF)" error occur. Already open a new discussion on this, please give some suggestion.
