Need temporary license formatted correctly

Hello -

I've been provided a second temporary license and am receiving a syntax error when attempting to validate my license.

I ran into this issue once before and someone here was kind enough to format my license correctly. Can someone do this again?

Would you provide a little more detail?  What is the version of PowerBuilder and what is the exact error message you are getting.

I've uploaded a file that has _tz added to the name to the same location.

I tried again and this time it appears to work successfully.  I put in the same location.  The license  has a 3 in the name instead of 2.

Hello Victor,
I just tested it again and also had one of my colleagues test it and it worked for both of us.

Make sure you're using PowerBuilder Extension3.lic.

I am 100% sure I've used the third .lic you provided.

I've tested 3 times and even download the .lic again to make sure.

Hello Victor,

I reformatted and tested the license again and it is working for me.  I've uploaded license.zip to the same location we've been using.  Also in the zip file is a word doc with a screen shot of my PB 12.5 help about window plus the contents of the sysam log file.
