in budget report, budget is coming zero?

Hi Friends,

I had created one project in that I had assigned budget in CJ30 and same i had released budget from CJ32.

after when I open any of the budget report budget comes to Zero for all WBS element.

I had mentioned correct cost center, profit center as well in project.

Can anybody help me on this issue?

Hi Varun,

Although experts have given their advice and I am wondering why their suggestion are not working in your case. I do not see any reason for not getting the budget values because you have checked budget tables too and they are loaded with data.

But, let me do a wild guess. For me it looks like a authorization issue but you wrote that you have a full authorization. Does it mean you have SAP_ALL access.?

Anyways, I want you to do some routine check up because I can sense it may be an authorization issue because you are saying that it was working since last month.

Here are few pointers for you.

1. After execution of your budget report. Please run SU53 transaction. (You may execute from the same transaction code as /OSU53). Just check of any authorization/object is missing in your case.

2. Go to SUIM->Change Documents->For Role Assignment. Just simply give the back date of last two months (lets say 31.12.2014). Execute it further and cross check if any role has been assigned or deleted from your user id.

3. You may also execute your budget reports from other user id's. Just cross check if the budget amount is showing zero over there or not?

4. Just check your Controlling Area from Extras->Set controlling area from your budget reports transaction codes.

5. Execute CJEN, CJBN. (Although I doubt it would not be a great help). But still you can execute them in sequence.

6. Just check your credentials on front page/screen of your budget report transactions. Are they all correct?

Hi Amit,

1. I had run SU53 and I have full authorization.

2. Yes 2-3 roles are assigned to some other user id but what it will affect to complete budget reports?

3. I had executed budget reports from other ID also, I am facing same problem.

4. I had run CJEN and CJBN many times but it doesn't affect.

5.Yes on front page all Txn are correct.

Hi,

Goto Se11 and check if values (Current & released) are appearing in table BPEG.

For Current Budget, execute/filter with value type 41.

For Released Budget, execute/filter with value type 45.

I had checked Se11/se16n and values are coming in BPEG tables.

I am not getting why values are not coming in standard tables. This is happening for particular mask code projects only.

It is mainly due to authorization issue. check the authorization. You will get the budget values.

S_ALR_87013558 - Budget/Comm/Act/....

Does its happening for all the projects or for single project. kindly try 2 or 3 different projects.

Run CJEN CJBN than try again.

In Report Painter(CJE0) report 12KST1C responsible for the output of S_ALR_87013558 report.

Kindly check the proper settings for budget as been maintained or not

As suggested by you, I had checked CJE2, 12KST1A for S_ALR_87013558 report and I found that in Characteristic element Object currency INR is maintained.

I tried to edit it but then also I am not able to display reports.

Hello Varun,

if every thing is fine from your side then please raise the OSS for the same, although all are correct even budget is storing in budget table also as you said.

check one more thing status profile by OK02 transaction what you have selected for budget release?

those concern fields are influence or forbidd?

Then I don't see any reason why the standard reports will not fetch the data.. Did you tried CJI8? Is that report working for you?

Can you also check if the BUDG status is active for the Project where you are having this issue? Try reconstructing the database by CJEN..

Hi,

Please try below:

• Transaction CJE6
• Form 13BUD1A (Unless you have your own customized Form)
• Double click on Budget
• Check that it has a Version "0", Value type as "41", Object Ind as "P", debit Type as "1"
• If any additional Characteristics are available, remove them using CJE5.
