Time sheet updation in portal

Hi

Please guide me to map the below scenario in ESS-MSS

Let's say each employee ve to book 9 hrs of working time in portal on daily basis or weekly basis or monthly basis. But the restriction will be employee can't book the time sheet in advance in earlier days of the month but after 21st of each month onwards he/she can do advance booking for the particular month only.

it will be based on in and out know ? how ur data is uploading in 2011 ?
