Hi everyone,

There is an issue with publishing a dashboard on Ipad (iOS 8.1.1).

I did some research and have tried several settings but I don't find any solution.

Here are my connection details:

And this is the error message:

If I choose "Offline" there appears this error message:

Thank for help,

Kerstin

Hi Kerstin,

In the server URL, try using the IP address and also in the CMS name, try with just server name/IP address and remove the port number.

Thanks,

Amit

This is what we found out after a lot of inquiries:

Server URL = http://mobiledemo.tdc.sap.com:1085

CMS Name = iwdfvm5269

User name = smithjo / password = welcome

or use your own user/pass

It works fine now.

Thanks to all of you for your help!

Remove the HTTP:// maybe? And Enterprise logon is correct (not SAP?)?

In the server URL, did you try giving http://<IP Address>:<Port> ?

Also, is Offline storage enabled ? Asking this because you are trying to work in offline mode.

If you have never logged in to the server in online mode from this device, you should be logged in at least once before you start working offline.

Hi Kerstin,

I think your Server-URL is incorrect. Remove the /BOE/BI from the URL and add :8080 to it. Please try that.
