SAP Fiori - Track Sales Order no results found

Hi team,

We have an issue with SAP Fiori - Track Sales Order app. When we click the tile, it gives the message "no results found". We also do not have any results when trying to search by customer name or customer number.

We have maintained the personnel data and assign it to the user ID and assign the user to the sales order. We have also maintained the configuration parameters and deploy the required BADIs BADI_SO_USR_TO_CUSTOMER and BADI_SO_CONTACT.

It seems that the tile is not accessing the back end system. Our Leave request and Approvals apps which access the same back-end system is working fine. There's no error message in /IWFND/ERROR_LOG either

Any suggestions? How do I check and confirm that the tile is actually accessing the back-end?

Thanking you in advance.

Cheers,

Azahir

Hi Azahir,

Sometimes it could be your backend connectivity issue. Do following:

- Enable user trace on Gateway and Backend system

- Launch the application in Chrome and hit F12 and see the network tab for OData calls

- Look for SRA018_SO_TRACKING_SRV specific calls

Hi Azahir,

Run transaction XD02 on ERP and check the Partner Function ("Sales Employee") on each combination of Sales Org/Distr.Channel/Division.

Each of these combinations must have a "Sales Employee" defined. This employee must have the infotype 105 subtype 0001 created on PA30 and must be assigned the same SAP user that you are using to log on to Fiori.

Ivan
