Hello everyone,

Some users report a strange error when they try to logon on our Sap bpc website.

I tried to use suggestion from a similar problem with White Page :

I also tried to update flash player, delete history and temporary file, go in control panel -> flash player -> delete all.

Anyone could help me?

Hi Cristian,

Please see the link - http://scn.sap.com/thread/3459468

Also if you have used the same in other machine and if it was working fine then just check the IE version.

Meenu is a completed different problem.

I already tried in other computer to downgrade to IE9 without success.

I am working on Windows 8.1, where you could not downgrade IE and my system works perfectly on IE 11 with compatibility mode on.

Hi Cristian,

Try below options-

1) Try to log in on different machine using same ID which has issue.

2) Check security ( task access profile )

3) Check /POA roles in BW

4) Compare working browser with non working

Sorry Shrikant,

I already do this test and check this permission.

The problem seems to be more Internet Explorer related.

I could user the same account on another computer without problem.

Instead my working account doesn't work on affected computer.
