I assume this is an auth issue.

A user will be able to see all customers assigned to them (where they are the Collection Specialist) if the user uses the tcode UDM_SPECIALIST.

If the user uses t code UDM_SUPERVISOR - they can see all of the customers against the Org data they are assigned to (so Collection Segments and Collection Groups)

The User is using UDM_SPECIALIST. And the User's name is not against the other countries segment group. Thank you.

when you look at the business partners for the wrong customers, can you see the userid added to the Collection Specialist field?

For the wrong Customers there is a User ID added. User ID is the correct ID. Meaning, the User and the Customer are from same country. Thank you.

OK - If I understand

You have a user, who runs UDM_Specialist. They see a list of customers, and some customers appear on the worklist that dont belong to the user. When you view those customers in t code BP, they have a different collection specialist assigned to them.

That is not how it should work

I would assume an issue with either a role - or a distrubtion method to generate the worklist that is not working correctly

Go to the path below and check what company code are included.

Financial Supply Chain Management > Collections Management > Integration with Accounts Receivable Accounting > Distribution of Data in Collections Management > Activate Distribution per Company Code

FDM_COLL_SEND_ITEMS is the tcode that send the items from AR to Collections. And the company codes are the in the path above.
