Internal Order as Statistical Investment Oder for AUC

Hello Experts,

My client needs to capture costs for CAPEX, I have taken option of creating internal order as statistical investment order and have created budget profile, now i am getting confused in making this scenario work for them, as i am doing it for the first time, i have created order type for AUC, and its statistical, i have activated budget on this order, i have also created AUC master and assigned this investment order in AUC master. Now my question is, how can we monitor costs for AUC as statistical, i mean should i create Goods Issue via MM and should put this order over there, in order to record costs on AUC. or should i make down payment via F-48? i mean how should i cater this thing?

Hi Muhammad,

I think till now you have followed  the correct process.

When you make PO, you should create that PO with reference to this internal order. So when you will make down payment through F-48 for this PO, system will record in the internal order. When you will do MIGO against this PO, system will record expenses against this IO.

If you book any direct expenses through Finance, you just need to put this IO.
