The assigned column in KO23 not shown & no message error

Dear Expert,

May i know, what should i do to shown the assigned column in KO23 & show up the message error when acquisition the asset?

I've been config :

1. Order Type (with IO Statistical, assigned budget profile, check list commit. management & release immediately)

2. Create Budget Profile (with activation type "1")

3. Tolerance limit (with Tr.Grp "++", action "1" = 80%, and action "3" = 100%)

4. in OKKP (with order management & commit. management was active)

5. in ACSET (KOSTL, EAUFN, & CAUFN was active)

6. Cost element & commitment item of asset was created.

7. Create order in KO01

8. Add budget in KO22 (with budget USD 200)

9. Create asset with investment order budgeted.

But when acquisition the asset with Tcode F-90 with actual amount USD 250, no message error and no actual assigned in KO23. and document can be posted.

please help, what should I do?

I think your order is a statistical..so it will not work

Hi

I think your purpose is to acquire asset in IO and the settle it to GL a/c..

If so you need a real IO type Investment and don't tick statistical

I've create new order and unticked the statistical order, and assigned to new asset, then acquisition, but still not work when document posted. The assiged column still empty and message error not coming up. any suggest?

Hi Haerudin,

1. Have you created as a cost element for asset reconciliation account in KA01 with cost element category 90? If not created then create it.

2. Have assigned a order while posting acquisition posting in F-90?

Hi Mukhtar,

1. I've create cost element for recon account asset using Tcode OAK7. and the result, message error & assigned column not shown.

2. In F-90, i think we have not to input order because in asset we have assigned the order, and the system will be read the order from the asset.

any suggest?
