we are upgrading our SAP PI7.0 to PO 7.4.
I want to know,
plz help in this ASAP

Hello Danii,
1.For ESR Objects, you can do a Manual File .tpz Export - Import for your SWCV's from 7.0 to 7.4 ESR.
2. For ID objects you need to create/configure ICO's manually. You need to first create the corresponding BS in ID of 7.4.
Alternatively for ID, you can also use the Migration Tool provided. Check below link for Details:

You can do normal file system transport for your IR objects and for your ID objects you can use the tool in the link.
