From the screenshot, I am sure that there is some problem with SLD. We faced with issue when we have done some patching in the XI system. But the issue was solved by the Basis team.
Please check the below points,
1.) Try restarting the Java Stack, if still not done.
2.) Check the below links

3.) Ask your basis team to check regarding the SLD.
I don't think this is XI related the issue, please check with the basis team.
