Assessment cycle issue

Hi All,

I have created an Assessment cycle by copying from one old cycle which was executed correctly.Senders,receivers, rules, Assessment cost element,everything is same like old one. 

New assessment cycle is having totally 180 segments with different Assessment cost elements like ABC,123,999.

But now new cycle which is copied from old one is populating wrong results when i executed, this is happening for only some segments particularly where we used assessment cost element ABC.

The problem is Sender rule is Posted amount i.e.50% but it is posting 75%. Will you please let me know where to check and what to do?

Hi Rafi

You have 2 issues:

1. Segments having CE ABC

2. Sender rules

Si in my opinion fisrt identify the segments giving wrong result

                        second identify segments having similar error

                        third identify the reasons of error

                        Take corrective action

Check receiving tracing factors for the segment. Is it correctly maintained or not?

Receiver tracing factor is 100% for each segment.

Please check the tab...Receiver Weighting factors.

That should be 100%.
