Hi Lipsa,
for productive usage, you should connect your Cloud Connector authentication to an LDAP server, which is possible in the settings dialog. The built-in mechanism is only thought for initial configuration and not for later. User management systems will for sure allow to recover users for which you forgot the password. Easiest way for a developer setup is to unzip a fresh Cloud Connector and reconfigure it by importing the existing access control settings for your account.

this usually means that the credentials are incorrect. Have you changed your password recently and simply forgot about it?
