DM Correspondance error: BAdi “FIN_DM_BCS” was not called

Hi Gurus,

I would appreciate some help regarding this error "BAdi “FIN_DM_BCS” was not called", while trying to send or print a standard form name after saving a Dispute Case.

We are completely lost, and we need some help, I actually don´t know what else to check.

How can I call Badi FIN_DM_BCS?????? The implementation DOC_PERSONALIZE_BCS  is already active active

It seems to me that everything is ok....I just follow different configuration guides.

Many thanks in advance, for any idea about what to check, in order to process correctly a standard form, under Dispute Correspondance.
