Is there a way to use OpenText in SAP WM to manage document attached to WO, Equipement, Func Loc, etc...?

Work Manager doesn't provide Open text integration out of the box. But there are BADI's available for you to do enhancements with open text integration.
Take a look at this posting for available BADI's provided by WM..
