Restart a Bdoc automatically as soon as it fails

Hi Experts,

Can you please help me with any program or transaction where we can configure that if a BDoc fails, it should get restart automatically.

We have already configured the standard program RSMWAPP01 to run after certain interval of time.

But I need something which identifies a particular BDoc and as soon as it fails, it should restart.

regards,

Vicky

Hi Arden,

I know the process which are mentioned in the thread and we are already following the same.

Just to give  an idea, we already have a batch job which periodically resend specific Bdocs.

But we cannot specify that if any Bdoc fails, immediately restart and this many times restart.

So i need a program or any standard process which identies a particular failed Bdoc and restart it immediately as soon as it fails.

Also if i can mention the number of retries to restart a Bdoc, it will be more helpful.

Please let me know if you have understood the issue.

Appreciate your help.

Vicky

Hi Vicky

I believe you would have to implement some thing custom in order to meet this requirement.

The mechanisms I provided are the standard options for reprocessing.

Sorry I cannot provide anything more useful
